ENVIRONMENTALLY PREFERRED
Plastiform’s cushion packaging has clear advantages over EPS or other foam cushioning systems. Our thermoform cushions are made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyethylene, which is in turn, the most commonly recycled plastic.

PARTICLE-FREE
Contrasted with molded fiber or EPS cushioning solutions, thermoform cushions are particle-free, a benefit to dust sensitive electronic and medical devices.

SPACE EFFICIENT
The engineered contours and thin-gauge polyethylene in Plastiform cushions enable them to stack/nest compactly, generating up to 85% space savings in storage and shipping compared to bulkier cushioning systems like molded fiber and EPS.
